During her four years of internship and residency training, Dr. Cahalane was directly mentored by world-renowned veterinary surgical specialists, as well as leading specialists in the disciplines of anesthesia, internal medicine, emergency and critical care, and oncology. Dr. Cahalane spent several years in a busy specialty referral practice in the United States.
