Meet Lori, mom to Chuck, a 175-lb Saint Bernard diagnosed with osteosarcoma in June 2013. Lori called us from her home in Illinois and talked about the factors that led to choosing palliative pain-management care over amputation.
You’ll also meet Linda, mom to Tucker, a handsome young Chocolate Lab from Ontario Canada who lost his leg last September from an invasive but localized sarcoma on his front right leg.
And last but never least, Tripawd Mom Karma will join us from her home in Georgia to discuss what it was like to make the amputation decision when her 12-year old Brendol was diagnosed with osteosarcoma.
Lovely job, ladies! Thanks for contributing and being such strong, warm voices for the Tripawd Nation!
